Oqupi Houston is a creative collective  whose mission is to build an ecosystem of Houston's best creatives. LinkUpHTX was birthed 4 years ago with the goal to create space where black creative entrepreneurs, artists, content creators, marketing professionals, and much more would be able to network and build forever relationships.
